On 09 November 2013, I noticed that my CellC account was being debited for content services that I did not subscribe to. The itemised billing indicates two companies, MIRA014 who are charging R6.15 and Buorgiorno who are charging R5.27 per day since 7 October 2013 at 09:52:29am. I can state that I have not subscribed to these services/ i do not know what they are. Whats strange about this is that the phone was sent to CellC for repairs on 3rd October 2013 until 15th October 2013. I had left the phone at Cell C Sandton City which was then sent to Midrand Repair Centre. So it was within this timeframe that the service was activated. I was not in possession of the phone, how could I possibly have activated the services? Seems like someone there had activated the service. Please cancel the subscription and write off the amounts as I am not liable as the phone was in your possession at the time. Please also investigate this internally - there seems to be employees of yours committing - it doesnt seem like an isolated event according to other peoples accounts on HelloPete
