I got a message on my decoder that I must pay R500 today or my services will be suspended. I investigated by logging into my account and saw a DSTV Compact subscription was active - which I have never had never applied for and never activated. My services was suspended during the month of September and I paid R800 on 26 September and my services was automatically reconnected. I phoned the call centre and the staff did try to help but told me if I didn't request the Compact service to be activated I must get a avidavid and visit a branch. I can not do that as I don't have transport. Now you want me to spend more money after I was on the phone for 20min from my cell to try and sort this out. It is obviously a mess up on DSTV's side. Please phone me urgently to sort this out. Either you messed up or someone is doing transactions. Thank you!
