Incorrect Activation

I am on the straight up 100 where i get R115 airtime a month and out of this i use R57 to activate my bis services and been doing doin this for the past year, no sudeenly cell C, finds it fit to do their own think and put me on recurring services and charges me R87 more. I contacted the call centre spoke to primrose advised that i did activate the servces myself but i did not bcoz i was doing this for a year o longer, i am 100% sure they activated this on their own and charging us. THIS IS TOTAL RIP OFF. I have 2 other contract with vodacom and not once i had a billing issue.
