I have been a cellc customer for over 10years and recently I unfortunately experienced some terrible service from the customer services call centre and in the branch. FIRSTLY: last year I wanted to move my second line over to my brothers name. after much frustration they only changed the banking details over to his account. I unfortunately had no time and energy to sit on the phone with customer services or go into the branch, therefore I just left it. SECONDLY: today I went into a branch as I couldn't get help over the phone with customer services. as my Samsung galaxy is being used by an employee I am currently using a blackberry device and needed bis to be activated or my contract changed in order to use this device... to my disappointment I have been told that its impossible. I think that this is ridiculous. CELL C THE POWER IS IN YOUR HANDS... YEAH RIGHT...
