I wrote a report previously on the of my minutes which i had paid for and which Cell C decided to take away. I was promised by their Media Client Liason Exec that something would be done however, it has been a whole week with no response, and i am slowly loosing patients with this. I had paid for minutes, THEY WERE THEREFORE MINE, and Cell C decided that they were just going to take them away because I changed my contract. I kept my contract with Cell C, and have never defaulted in my payments, yet they are quick to take that which does not belong to them. I am not impressed, and if you are reading this and thinking about taking a contract with them-DONT!!! They will lie, cheat and their way to get your business, but once they have it they do not know how to satisfy their customer. I wish i could cancel my contract- so dont make the same mistake that i have! i will be taking this up with the police and laying a charge of like i have been threatening to do, as i think its about time that we get what we pay for in this society!
