My contracts expired and I opted to migrate to another package. I realised that my free minutes of about 140 were not included in my balance when I checked.
I then called Cell C customer service for an explanation...
They informed me that I fortified my minutes when I migrated to the new contract. The most disturbing part is that I was not made aware of this by the consultant who migrated my contract.
The consultant whom I spoke to regarding the explanation of my minutes couldn't be bothered and was very quick to end my call.
I paid for those minutes and now it seems cell c is benefiting from them...
