MTN damaged my cellphone, now they refuse to work on it, because they dont work on physicaly damaged phones?? HELLO MTN!!! Please read my complaint again!! There is no physical damage to the phone!! I had a software problem with my phone, wich after months of no reply from you, I took to a private cellphone repair shop, and they fixed it promptly. The only problem is the broken screen that MTN caused!! I have this contract for 8 years already and I realy expected a beter answer than that! Your answer doesnt even make sense!
