Poor service of cell c.going to change to prepaid

Good day.
this contrack did have not been cancelled and i know they are going to take money off the 15th.they already loaded again my minutes and bundles.how useless is this service about cell c.im thinking of cancelling the new one also of your poor service.and also i gave my blackberry 9300 in for repairs at cell c centurion.they told me the phone was not even loaded on there system.the 25/03/13

the cancellation department do not answer when i got transferred to them.i hold like 30 minutes and they even dont call me back.i will cancel both my contracts if they dont cancel the one that is due 24 months
