Contract Breach - NO signal at home

I previously complained about the fact that I have NO cellphone signal at home. I gave Cell C 6.5 months time to honour their promise and their side of the contract to provide me with signal at home. Ignatius (technician) came to my house in September to analyse the problem and see if the problem is because of my S4 Samsung or Cell C's lack of service. He provided proof that it is all Cell C's fault. I was promised by Cell C employees that Cell C is busy upgrading their network. This was supposed to have been done by end September. Needless to say that nothing improved.

I am now at the point where I will cancel my Cell C contract, because of Contract Breach from Cell C's side. I want to be refunded for all the Data, sms's and minutes that I couldn't use in the past 6.5months. The data, sms and minutes aren't for free and I have paid for a product (every month by debit order) that I cannot use.

The biggest problem that I have is the fact that I cannot get help from anyone (ADT, police or family members) at night when there are security issues at my home. I even get nightmares every night about the fact that someone can break into my house and I am helpless and cannot call for help
