Autopage / Cell C runaround

On 15 Jan, my simcard was damaged. i went to Autopage, as it's an autopage sim, and they told me that i had to go to Cell C as my contract is now Prepaid. I went through to Cell C in Clearwatermall and was there told that my number was not reflecting on the Cell C system and i needed to go to Autopage. back @ Autopage, the lady 1st offered me a microsim for a blackberry and after i informed her that it wont work, she rudely informed me that she didnt have normal sim cards and therefore offered me a microsim. i went back to Cell C who offered to port the number, 3 days went by, with no response from them, unless i phoned to follow up why the sim was still not active. on sunday i went to Cell C, who did the port again and on monday it was still not activated. i phoned them and they promised that they would do it again and get back to me. upon phoning on Tuesday they said that i had to go back to Autopage, as it was still with them and not with Cell C. went to Autopage today (8 days later) and they assisted i the sim swop, but upon phoning them now to see whether it went through, i was just told that it is back with Cell C. back and forth with NO resolution. Gotta love it!!!
