I have a top up 315 that I am using in an Ipad. On sunday 4 August i went on to the [URL Removed] website and bought 9gig of data, the system said that there is a problem, but it still deducted the airtime from my account, but I have not received m y data and every time I phone the call centre they just respond by saying maybe it will be on tomorrow. Could some one please look into the matter and give me a definite answer?
