Re-curring Data Bundle Purchase not active

Hi

I migrated from the Smart S to the Topup 315s, it was processed successfully this morning, I am happy with it.

I went on Vodacom's website and bought a recurring data bundle R59 for 250MB. It said it was purchased successfully, but it has not been made active. Also, the screen said that the cost would be deducted from my airtime, but it has not been deducted.

Please assist urgently as I use a lot of data and currently I can not buy a data bundle. I have tried contacting your online support, they said there was a problem with the data bundle activation and that the data department would investigate, the reference for the call was S3-T9B6G-GI44. She said the turnaround time for this was 24 hours. I am extremely worried as tomorrow is another public holiday as well. Please help urgently. I use a lot of data for emails and currently Vodacom is forcing me into paying out of bundle rates because there is something wrong with their system's activation of my 250MB recurring data bundle.

Also, please advise if the data bundle cost will be deducted from my airtime each month or if it will be added to my invoice. I urgently need this bundle activated. This is not cool service.
