I contacted Vodacom's call centre to find out why I can't transfer bundle to any sim using *111# from my phone as they claim on this website: [URL Removed] I recharged my prepaid phone with 500 worth of airtime and then bought 20G data bundles with the aim of transfering to my data sim using *111#, only to find that its not possible to transfer data bundles using the *111# method. The response was shoking as they never answered ny question. They said its not possible to transfer data bundle even though their website says so but its possible to transfer airtime. I escalated the matter and this was the response, still the same.
I have one Question to them "Why advertise that you can transfer data bundles wherelse you can't"??
Thats FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
