Airtime Converted to Data Dissapeared

On Saturday the 18th I bought a sim card from a Vodacom shop, RICA'd it and then bought R150 airtime to be converted to 1gig data via the promotional special. Once home I inserted the new sim into my phone and followed the prompts to convert the airtime into data, once complete I removed the sim and inserted it into my 3g modem. It seemed to work once plugged into my notebook and for 30min I had internet usage. The next day I tried to connect again, this time it stopped working after 3min..

After speaking with the call centre, they said I would be contacted within 24hrs to resolve my lost data complaint, which is a lie, because it is now Tuesday and no one has called me. I also mailed Vodacom yesterday to complain, again.. NO RESPONSE.

I want my data back and the cost for my 20min spent on the phone with them this last Sunday.
