I cannot purchase airtime/data bundles for my iPad on either Vodacom's website or their iPad app. Their Call Center has no idea why - they want to assign technicians on a 2 day turnaround. I am out of data NOW...
The website says I am not a Master account holder on MY OWN DEVICE. The call centre cannot/will not fix this either. The iPad app says I can purchase, allows me to select everything, but then gives technical difficulties when trying to pay.
The website is absolutely awful: only about 1 in every 3 clicks in Accounts gives you what you clicked on. The rest give:
1. Half a page with "No Data" displayed where left navigation should be, or
2. Temporarily down for maintenance (has this maintenance been going on since the "New Website"? That's how long I've been receiving this message.
I really wish Vodacom can get their act together. My reference number with them for this is S3-04A1E-EKWJT
