I bought airtime yesterday for my USB-modem. I then bought a promotional data bundle from that airtime. No data was received but the amount was deducted from the account!
Tried since yesterday to log into My Vodacom to log a complaint but even this does not work.
This is the second time this has happened, to Vodacom's credit they fixed it last time. But why does this have to happen again and why does one always have to complain to public forums before anything happens?
