Still being billed for BIS Service

Hi,

In response to Vodacom resolving the initial complaint, it clearly has not been done! I was told that on my August statement I would see the credit for the BIS as well as that I wouldn't be charged for the service anymore... well what do you know... I AM BILLED FOR BIS AND THERE IS NO CREDIT.
