I recently complained about being billed for BES that I was no using since my upgrade done in January 2013. Vodacom responded and said that I would receive a credit in May.
Well I just checked my May invoice and there was no credit!
How can Vodacom tell me that it's processed yet it hasn't been! This is pathetic!
Please attend to this immediately. I am not going to wait another month for a credit, I want it now! And I want to know how much you are going to credit me for.
