Billed for BIS but i am using Samsung

Vodacom what is going on? I am being billed for a BIS but i am using Samsung. I returned the Blackberry ages ago(within 3 days of use) at Sandton Voda but the callcentre does not even have a record of this...Please get your ducks in a row. This is a second time that i am being billed for services that i do not use. At one stage I was charged for 2 handsets on a single line??? I am even paying for callers to be visible even if they not calling from a PRIVATE NUMBER...LOL. I am cancelling both my contracts this week and please pass a credit on the BIS that you have been billing from day 1 so i will know how much I need to settle before closing these contacts.
