I upgraded to an iPhone last year April/May since then I was billed for BIS I was told the BIS would be deactivated. Since then I was billed -R60 a month when I called the call centre 2 months back to rectify this it was so called done. Last month I seen I was billed again for the bis I again called in to question why and to find out what was happening with my refund. To which I was told a credit note would be issued. It now November and again the credit note has not taken effect and I debited my account amount, at least the BIS was deactivated the only thing done correctly.
I called the call centre again this morning and the person that was handling the credit note was not in as yet. I'm am furious and don't want a credit note I want a refund straight into my account no if buts or why's.
I have played nice but taken in my face. This is unacceptable
