I am about to "through in the towel"!

About a month ago I lodged a complaint about Vodacom not resolving a "roaming charge", which I was billed for.
Now eight weeks later and after speaking to almost every consultant in the "customer don't care" department, the matter has still not beeg resolved. I also notice that no further comment was made by Vodacom on the Hellopeter site in this regard.
To top it all, I was today informed that a credit was passed in my favour for, hang onto your chairs, VAS charges and they can't even tell me which of my mobile numbers have been credited!! Now really Vodacom I did not even queried this how can you pass a "credit"? Please try and stick to the matter on hand and resolve it.
