I Bought a R100 and R50 recharge voucher from a Engen garage. Tried the recharge number at home and it said invalid. I went to The 8ta store in Greenstone and apparently there's 2 different kinds of recharge vouchers and I Have "Telkom Prepaid Home" vouchers witch don't work on 8ta and I cant exchange or refund them.
I saw that I am not the first person this has happened to, I also specifically remember asking the attendant to provide me with Telkom mobile or 8ta prepaid airtime.
Maybe Telkom should look at a "The one" recharge voucher to rule them all, it could help all the confused people out there, especially seeing that 8ta is called Telkom Mobile now, or not... I am still unsure
