Interest charged on incorrect bill

I was incorrectly billed R6831.04 instead of R818.04 in December 2013, and went to the bank to reverse the money that was debited from my account. I paid R818.04 on the 3rd Jan 2014 after begging for the December statement from the consultants. Cornia acknowledged that I was billed incorrectly and told me the branch is sorting that issue. I then requested the January 2014 statement and to my surprise there's an interest of R111, 64 reflecting on the statement. How can I be charged interest when the source of the mistake is on your side? If I was billed correctly like previous months I wouldn't have reversed the payment.

I then asked Cornia if this whole issue will affect my credit rating / score, because I know Nashua Mobile submits that to TransUnion. I asked her to sort the credit rating issue. I don't want a bad credit rating because of someone's mistake. I also asked for the termination fee to be divided into monthly premiums (24 months just like the cancelled contract).

SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO GIVE ME ANSWERS OR DIRECT ME TO SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP ME, SHE JUST DISAPPEARED WHICH HAS BECOME A NORM. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWERS TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS / REQUESTS.
