Upgraded to new contract 1 August. Was billed according to old contract for August and charged R1500-00 for data useage.
Went to Vodaworld customer Care 4 times and spent 6 hours trying to resolve.
Mogapi the "on duty manager" admitted it was a mistake on their side and that a credit note would be passed.
Come September debit order time and no credit note passed and charged for the full amount.
Back to Vodaworld again, and again promised by Mogapi a credit will be passed and phoned by him three days later to reconfirm.
Last week receive latest bill and still no credit note passed.
I have now printed stickers for all of my family vehicles saying the following "Vodacom - Power to you over" and have these on all of my families vehicles until such time as Vodacom actually step up to the plate with their so call pay off line of Vodacom - Power to You, which at this moment in time is certainly not the case.
Truly disappointed and disgusted with this shocking service!!!
