I have cancelled one of our accounts and after this experience I will be cancelling ALL! I followed all the steps I was required to do, however, then picked up they had taken money which they should never have done!! After weeks of phone calls and speaking to various consultants I have still not resolved the problem. Although I am not the account holder I have been dealing with this account for months, I must mention that each department you are transferred to then ask to speak to the account holder so in one phone call my MD would need to answer security questions about 4 - 5 times which is a joke, nor does he have the time hence why he has employed a PA. I must just add that I spoke to several consultants who did not need to speak to the account holder as I had all the information they require, however, clearly Vodacom do not have set procedures in place as each call you will be different. So there reasons for so called security are JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM!!!
