UNDER QUALIFIED, INSENSITIVE PEOPLE

So my dad is the account holder of my cellphone account as he has been the account holder for the same account for 5 years or more and it was easier for him to stay the account holder than for me to deal with paperwork and change it into my name. Anyway my dad past away suddenly and we are now dealing with the executors who are changing all accounts over into the necessary account holders names. Last week i contacted the legal department and after 7 attempts got through to a lady who i advised that the reason for my call was that the account holder had past away. Guess what.she asked to speak to the account holder, when i again indicated he was dead she said i must contact the legal department. Since i had done this and was veri irate, i went onto Vodacoms online chat and spoke to a very helpful individual who told me that the executors have to send through certain documents to which he listed. I sent this through to the executors. Today i got a call at 10.30am to which again i indicated that the accont holder was deceased and that the executors were sorting out the account. She said thank you and left it at that. i am now without a phone - suspended without warning. Useless!
