On 29/3/2010 I sent an email to Vodacom requesting a method that I could access our families four cell phone accounts.
My husband is the account holder but I need to deal with any problems arising from these accounts as he is a specialist surgeon and cannot just stop what he is doing to give permission for me to sort out any problem.

In total I must have sent 24 emails from 2010 to date and had replies form over 12 different people all within the same department.

My husband sent all the legal documents that Vodacom requested to their legal department at the beginning of 2012 and still I have not got access to the accounts.

I phoned today just to request that they stop sending me sms's in the middle of the night. I was told that they would have to speak to my husband as he was the account holder, I was furious and after spending 35 minutes on the phone I was told yet again that we had to write to Vodacom to request that I have access.

I have never come across such an incompetent company in my life and will probably cancel all four contracts when they come up for renewal.
