Phone returned from repair centre broken!

Its been 3 months to date in total since MTN Gateway has took the mobile device in for a repair. I had given the handset in for a quote on repair if it was not covered by warranty, which it is.

Tariq and Raksha from Gateway took the phone in and they where good people, BUT, the phone was given in with a slight smug on the screen, after Molly @ Hrvc gave me a nightmare of a time the phone was returned to the store, i took it home that evening but when I switched it on the screen or phone did not respond. The phone was in the possession of Hrvc.

When I took it back Tariq informed me that I'm not the first customer this has happened to and they are having endless trouble with Hrvc. After Tariq had spoken to Mr Kara of MTN KZN neither MTN Gateway (First floor opposite Pick n Pay Clothing NOT ground floor at the Rock), nor Hrvc takes responsibility and I am left with a phone that does not work! I am truly interested on your reply.

Unsatisfactory by Hrvc and MTN... as a consumer I am fully aware of my rights, so what is MTN going to do about this as my phone is now unusable and I have been seriously short changed by MTN!
