I logged a case regarding a data bundle purchased on the 27th of june that expired on the 19th july. sent a picture to prove my case. As apple puts the dates of text messages at the bottom of the message. I have had very little feedback and when called the customer service department received horrible service. Sounded like they were getting irritated with me. Through all the calls it sounded like they were doing me huge favour for speaking to me. I am so upset about this, ive never received such bad service from cell c lately. Shocking.
When I ask to speak to manager, They inform me the manager is not in.
