I received the worst service from Elite Mobile these past few days, I ordered a nokia lumia on a contract upgrade when the phone reached me the screen was cracked. After phoning them they told me the phone would have to be sent in to be investigated. I mean I just opened the box?? I waited for 2 days for them to come and collect the phone, finally today they came and got the phone to my dismay they told me that the phone would have to be sent to Durban for further investigation. In the mean time I don't have a phone to use, I told the lady that helped me from the call centre that it was not my fault that the phone was broken. The lady who helped me was utterly rude, I expect more service and fast service from this company. At this stage I feel like cancelling everything with elite mobile and do everything directly with Vodacom, my current subscriber. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I (the client) did give them a fair chance.
