On Wednesday 16 January I went to the Fourways Mall branch of Cell C to get contracts converted from Vodacom onto new contracts. I had all of the required documents (ID, Bank statements, etc) and was asked to complete a credit application which I happily did. I was told that I would receive a call in a couple of days.
Come Tuesday I tried to call twice and got promised that I would receive a call back. This never happened.
Having looked at Hello Peter it seems that Cell C only get working when you post on this site.
My company name is Buy It Direct and I would like some feedback. It honestly might be worth paying extra at Vodacom to get proper service.
Sort your service out ASAP.
PS: I don't believe that Kate it to blame but rather the accounts department for their lack of care. The workers on the ground put in all the hard work and the people in the office let them down severely. Respect the people who give the company a face and a name!!
