Terrible internet service provide

I have had my 3G Lite contract for around a year now and i am the first to admit that for the first 6 months it was really above average. Even after i had finished my alloted 3gig, the soft cap was more than enough to even play online games.i have vodacom, a cell c and mtn internet 3g at home and i use them all.
Vodacom seems to slow down towards lunch time and evenings.
Cell C HSPA is great all day at minimum 3Mbps and as much as 7. Decent ping rate and Nat is moderate
My issue is MTN who very cleverly seem to slow me down every evening. I have images of speedtest where i run a test at 6 in the morning and i get a decent 3Mb download and an average .07mbps upload.
the speed stays decent all day intill after 6pm where it drops to 0.01 down and 0.09 upload.

i have called into the call centre they tell me that they can only test my speed when i get my new cap, i get told to call back.
I get shunted form one department to another, nobody knows whether its a network problem or MTN not allocating my new cap at the start of my new cycle (they have forgotten to do it before)
So another month passes.

I have had enough and i am close to cancelling... they dont want to help!!!
