To date I have received NO feedback from Cell C on the above nr's. They just copy and paste their responses and do the standard call that someone will call you back and send an e-mail you have to complete.
I have proof of this.
My friend, living in the same area, also have Cell C and have the same problems as me. He also can not even call from his work, as myself due to bad signal (what happened to Cell C's, deep penetrating 900mhz network - BULL).
Anyway he also laid a complaint and were also send a form and the whole spiel. To date he had NO feedback and already laid a second and 3rd complaint with no feedback!
THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MONKEYS WITH NO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT! RUN PEOPLE RUN!! SAVE YOURSELF THE DRAMA.
I am sure the one or 2 people working in customer care at Cell C is very educated, highly skilled and beams of jobs satisfaction. I heard from Vodacom employees it is chaos over at Cell C and all are on a sinking ship.
Cell C, is like their cheap Chinese Huawei network. A big fat joke!
Lets see how many references with std responses I receive. I am also sending copies to Alan Craig Knotts office. Hope some heads roll
