Pathetic Service

My service has been suspended 3 times since December. after my 1st call they apologised and said it was a mistake and then turned my service back on. Then about 2 weeks ago, same thing. Called them and they said that they couldn't debit the December amount because the credit card expired so we gave them the new exp date, they said they'll sort it out, service switched back on, problem solved. Today service 'suspended' again!!! this time they say they couldn't debit the account and I now owe them over R1000!!! before i could give her the credit card number again she said she put it through. As I told her don't bother I'll go into the store on the weekend and cancel my contract she says 'It's already gone through & I can't reverse it' IF IT'S THAT SIMPLE WHY DIDN'T YOU DO IT IN THE 1ST PLACE??? The best part is 1 of my lines are suspended while the other is working perfectly, Why? they're not sure!!! Why can't you get your billing system right and employ people that are competent??!!
