Our company cancelled our contracts at Vodacom and want to move them all to Cell C. The contracts have been approved and Cell C requested an Purchase Order which we generated on pastel with all the info they need.
The store manager came back (Brenda at Cell C at Mall @ Reds in Centruion) and wants to force us to draw up some joke of an Purcase Order on a word document. This against our company policy and all the information they need is on the Pastel PO.
Seems like we are moving to MTN as the customer service at Cell C.
