Once again the service that i received from Cell C has been pathetic. After my last complaint on Hello Peter, i was promised a call from a Mr Bongeni the next working day. I did not receive a call from him on the Monday but unforunately missed a call from Cell C on Tuesday last week, I am assuming that it was him and never got a call from Cell C since. I tried to call them on 084145 several times and after 2 attempts and and hour of holding time i had enough.
I am still waiting for a phone after upgrading 3 weeks ago. They are charging me fr the service but havent delivered the goods as yet! There are definitely better contracts and services out there and my advice to people out there is, STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!
