I have had a Vodacom contract for 10 years and there has never been a problem until recently. I have a company in Strijdom Park, Randburg and I cannot receive a call in my office. All of my customers use my cell number to contact me and it is not possible.
The problem only started a few months ago and before that it was perfect. Something needs to be done or I will be forced to cancel my contract. I have raised the complaint with Vodacom directly before but nothing was done!!
My business partner is on Cell C and there are no problem with his service. My employees have also got Vodacom contracts and they are not able to contact anyone from my office!! Sort this out or we will have to change them all!!
