I called cell c direct on Saturday 10.08.2013, requesting an additional contract. I have been a customer of cell c for almost 6 years now. The guy i spoke to told me that he could not process my additional line as it seems that i have judgments against me. It is so ironic that just a few days earlier i received a full credit rating report from trans union as i required this for a job application. I was quite taken aback to hear this as my credit report was the cleanest ever and as straight as a pin, even listing cell c as one of the providers i have a account with. I was told i need to contact legal department through customer services as they cannot give me a direct number or email address. i wonder who gives them a right to list people as "bad payers" and then they dont pick up their phones. If someone from "legal department" if there is even such a department can contact me i would appreciate it as i was also told that they dont call customers back. What kind of operation are these people running, i have contracts with other service providers and can easily take my business elsewhere if they fell they dont need it!!!
