We have taken out a laptop contract on 2GB data bundle in December 2012. We are having a problem with the network coverage at our residential address therfore we are unable to use the laptop at home as the internet is either very slow or not responding at all. We have reported this matter to Steven the Branch Manager At MTN vryheid on several occassions, firstly they advised that they will send someone to come and test the strengh of the signal at our house and install a booster, which never happened. Everytime we go there to complaint we get a different story. MTN is benefitting every month as we are not able to use the 2 GB data that we pay R400 per month as we can only use the laptop in the evenings due to work constraints. We do not want to give back the laptop but need to use it. Kindly assist.
