A follow up to my complaint: Thank you Claude (Clearwater Mall) very much to your assistance telephonically due to my query regarding third party debit order.
I have a cellphone contract with MTN for several years, and now a new laptop contract. I have taken it in December 2012. When i tried to use the laptop i discovered that the data bundle does not work, 808 consultants advised me that the data stick requires to be RICA'd. I have been to the store over 10 times for queries regarding this laptop, why did the consultants not tell me to bring in documents for RICA? I find the consultants inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing. Trying to call the store several times a day but NO ANSWER then day after day still NO ANSWER. It is impossible to contact anyone from Clearwater Mall.
Should i change my service provider? its something to consider.
I now have to go into the store once again, wasting time when i should have done all this in a day.
I have a new laptop which i cannot use - THIS MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL.
