Please help me. I reported this problem numerous times at Cell C, Westgate. I started with this contract May/June 2013 - Data contract. Since then, I can't get a signal on my laptop to access the Internet. I mean, I am paying R200 every month for 2GB. If this data is not used, I loose it. I accesss the internet through my phone and get headaches, being on the phone the whole day. I am suppose to access the Internet through my laptop. It seems like Cell C isn't bothered. I completed a complaint form two weeks back, cannot recall the date. The reference nr of this complaint is SD125723. I am losing money here, please help me!
