The Worst Service Eve

I bought n Samsung laptop from game in December month 2012.
Today 12/07/2013 I took my laptop to the store, because the was a problem with my windows,
the samsung sales consultant did not know what to do so he asks he's it college to help.
He informs me that he needs to refresh my laptop, I ask him if my data will be lost so he reply's
with, No bra you won't lose any of your data. After he's done all my data was gone.
I ask him what now? he reply's that he doesn't know what went wrong, I ask him to call the manager to help resolve the problem, He returns and say's that Charl or Roelf said that it is there problem and they need to sort it out.
so I lost all my data that I use for work.
That's very bad service!!!
