I went and upgraded my cell phone contract and I was told I was going to pay R179 per month for it, I left enough money for it at the end of the month but they deducted more than R179, they debited R246, and again the following month they've been debiting R208 from May this year, I have contacted them and told them that I wont be paying until they debit the right amount, no one has called me regarding the issue, ive phoned them 3 times already and they kept telling me that one of their agents will follow up and contact me, since May this year no one has ever called me, just lousy service, I don't want my name on the credit buerou!
