C.P.A DOESNT COVER LAPTOPS

I bought a ACER Laptop from game in Feb, from the Specs of the Laptop and the price, one would think the Laptop is good, R6000, 3rd Generation i3, Quad Core 2.4GHz, 8GIG RAM, 1TB hard drive, Windows 8, but this computer has been so slow from the time I bought it, I took it back after a few days thinking I could return it under 7days, but the consultant advised me that I can't return a laptop, CPA doesnt cover laptops. She advised me to come back when a technicians is available to fix the problem, Came back after a few days and technician couldnt sort the problem out and they couldnt give me another laptop, I took it in again and spoke to a manager, she advised me to speak to another Techician and I left the laptop with him for 1 day, he factory reset the laptop, wiped all my photos and videos and said the laptop is fine. I picked it up and took it to work and I am experiencing the same problem. Manager Couldnt make a decision to give me another laptop and advised me to send it again to another technician from the supplier which will take 10days, I have been spending so much time trying to sort this out and just going in circles. I dont want my money back, I just want another laptop
