I acquired a data bundle with my last upgrade. The package itself mainly consists of this data bundle. However since inception of this contract not once have I been able to utilize this data bundle properly as I NEVER have a 3G signal, not even 1 line or a poor signal. All the settings on my phone are correct, however I am only getting Edge. This is extremely frustrating as I need this data bundle to work from home. I am now forced to buy additional Vodacom data which is costing me way too much. How can you assist in solving the problem? Is there a possiblity to rectify this problem with a booster being installed?
