About 8 month ago I signed up with Cell C internet service. They promised me Good reception in my area in fact full 3G. Even on their mapping system it shows full red. So, I was very pleased for the first 2 months, and then things start to go south, my router always showed H instead of 3G most week nights I had no reception between 6-9 and the more the months got on the worst it got, I even filed a complaint and they said I must give them 7 days to investigate my router, needles to say they never came out. They also never responded on my twitter complaints. I decide to cancel my contract, went to Sandton Cell C and explained my situation, that they sold me this under false pretense. So the manager refused to cancel my contract, only if I pay them the remainder of R1018 so, is this fair to pay this amount for something that clearly does not work?
I get punished for bad services.
