I recently moved house to BayView, Strandfontein. I have been experiencing severe poor signal and cannot get any 3G coverage. I have been to my MTN store provider and they told me that there is nothing that they can do. I am a MTN contract customer (both cellphone and internet) for years and I rely on my phone and internet for work purposes. I don't see why I should be billed every month if I am not getting any network coverage at all?
I have heard that the network provider could/would install a "booster" in my home so that at least I can get coverage.
Can you please assist me? As my work is suffering consequently.
