I complained several times to MTN via phone/ email advising of no/ degraded DATA / 3G service. I can hardly ever connect after 7pm with time-outs and packet losses preventing any pages from being loaded. I have complained to the service desk and management with no feedback. Failing no substantial response 2 months later I have to now resort to using 'ad hoc' data bundles via another 'BETTER PROVIDER'.
BEWARE of this poor service before you hear promises of a stable network, good speeds etc. etc... Mere sales gimmick!
It is close to 2 months since correspondence from anyone in MTN that this will be investigated and I am still experiencing the bad service which I am paying for.
No one in MTN knows what customer service is, as this sort of service is atrocious in the least.
I cannot continue to work in this fashion and wait to connect outside peak periods!
I will be cancelling this service soon. ( BTW this was posted with another 'better provider's' internet, as I could not even connect with MTN Data to post this).
