For the past month I have been experiencing slow download speeds on my MTN Data contract. Speedtest suggests a constant speed of 200kbps.
I have contacted MTN about their data speeds and they have failed to resolve it. I have now been forced to buy prepaid data form another provider, while paying my MTN contract, in order to be able to work.
I have no alternative but to pay the penalties and cancel this contract. This will be the second contract I am ending with MTN because of the same issues... BAD NETWORK!
