Around 7 months prior, I noted a complaint around the data service in Killarney. A technician did come out to do some tests, and confirmed that 8ta would be upgrading network infrastructure for improved signal/service.
This had improved a few months thereafter. As of late however, I am unable to connect to the network, and been experiencing ridiculously slow speeds (GPRS/EDGE).
I have tried two different modems (an 8ta HiLink Huawei and a Nokia modem) and both have the same issues.
Subsequently, I have been unable to use my 10gb of data for the last 2 months, yet being a fully paid customer.
Please assist urgently
